When you fill in one of the contact or registration forms, your name, first name, company, telephone number, e-mail address and your message are collected.

This data is used only for contact and exchange during collaboration and/or registration to our trainings and webinars.

General terms and conditions of sale : Our sales are subject to these general terms and conditions of sale and to the special terms and conditions, which shall prevail over any other stipulation made by the customer, whether written or not. Any derogation shall be subject to prior written agreement from ORSENNA. These prices are provided for information purposes only. They may be modified without notice.

Ordering

Any order placed by the purchaser and sent to ORSENNA by mail or fax must be signed and stamped by the ordering company. Orders placed by telephone are binding on the customer but must be confirmed in writing. Orders are firm and definitive for the buyer as soon as they are issued.

Wording of the order

In order to avoid any disputes, the wording of the order must include the following information: name or company name, reference to a possible offer, purchase order number, quantity, ORSENNA article reference.

Delivery times

ORSENNA shall ship all properly accepted orders within 10 days. Any delay in delivery or non-execution (partial or total) of the order shall not give rise to any compensation on the part of ORSENNA.

Complaints

In order to be admissible, any claims that the purchaser may make against ORSENNA must be made in writing and in detail within three days of the date of receipt of the goods.

Transport: the goods travel at the risk of the purchaser, who is responsible for making any reservations upon receipt and for exercising any recourse against the carrier in accordance with the conditions set forth in the French Commercial Code (Article 105 and following).

Any claim for non-conformity or shortage upon delivery must be transmitted to ORSENNA, with a copy of the reservations made to the carrier, within 48 hours of delivery.

Invoicing

The prices in this price list are given as an indication. Invoicing will be based on the price in effect on the date of delivery. All our prices are exclusive of tax, the incidence of VAT being carried at the end of the invoice at the rates in force on the day of delivery.

Retention of title

ORSENNA shall retain ownership of the goods sold until the price has been paid in full. These provisions do not prevent the transfer to the purchaser, upon delivery, of the risks of loss and deterioration of the goods sold as well as any damage they may cause.

Attribution of competence

In case of dispute or litigation on the interpretation or the execution of the present, the Commercial Court of Versailles is the only competent court.

Return of goods

No returns are accepted without the agreement of ORSENNA's sales department. Any return costs shall be borne by the customer, except in the event of a delivery error attributable to ORSENNA. When ORSENNA agrees, on an amicable and exceptional basis, to take back a sold item without being legally bound to do so, it does so only in the context of a return, which must be made within two months of the sale. Upon return, ORSENNA shall issue a credit note to the customer, valid for the purchase of a product available from ORSENNA and whose validity is limited to six months. After this date, the credit note will be retained by ORSENNA.
